This project was for the external and internal refurbishment, including adding 18 balconies and sub-dividing the interior into serviced offices. In light of difficulties finding tenants for open-plan offices during the pandemic, the client decided to improve the amenities and market potential. DJAD were involved in the planning and on-site stages.
